Is this actually legit?
Revivo is a Los Angeles business. Every phone is tested and has its IMEI and carrier status checked before it's listed, and every listing says whether its photos are of the exact phone you'll receive.
Is this phone going to work?
We test every function before a phone is listed. Each phone's Revivo Report shows every test and its result.
What's wrong with it?
Anything we find is written on the listing, next to a close-up photo. If a part was replaced, the listing says which one.
Why is it cheaper?
It's pre-owned. When we have a current new price to compare with, the listing shows the difference, where that price came from, and when we checked it.
Is it locked?
Each listing states the carrier status we checked: unlocked, or locked to a named carrier. We don't guess.
What's the battery health?
Every listing shows the battery health of that specific phone, or says plainly when it could not be read.
Is this really the phone in the pictures?
When a listing says "Photos of this exact phone", yes. If we ever use representative photos, the listing says that instead.
Can I return it?
14-day eligible returns. No restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns; Revivo covers reasonable return shipping when an approved return is materially not as described.
How do I get it?
