4. Carrier Compatibility

5. Orders and Availability

Returned devices may contain personal data. Customers should remove their data before shipment whenever possible.

If a device cannot be reset because of a defect or other technical issue, customers should contact Revivo USA for instructions.

Return handling, including cases involving activation locks or inaccessible accounts, will comply with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Third-Party Marketplaces

Revivo USA may sell products through third-party marketplaces, including Swappa.

Purchases completed on those platforms are also governed by the applicable marketplace rules and payment provider requirements.
